STEP 1. sign in to your blogger account

STEP 2. after signing click on the right side of the page choose the "blog" that you want to delete.

STEP 3. on the right side click on the setting and choose the option "other"

STEP 4. here you will see the "DELETE BLOG" option click on it then you'll redirect to the next page in the blogger.

STEP 5. if you want to take a backup of your blog click on the "DOWNLOAD BLOG" button.

STEP 6. To delete your blog permanently click on the "DELETE THIS BLOG"

STEP 7. Here you will be redirected to the "PERMANENTLY DELETE" blog option. if you want to delete the blog permanently click on permanently delete button and if you want to restore your blog click on "UNDELETE" botton

STEP 8. Click on "permanently delete" button

 

AFTER THIS PROCESS YOUR BLOG WILL BE DELETED PERMANENTLY
